Victoria Jablonski
Associate
Victoria Jablonski is an associate attorney at Grund & Leavitt LLP, where she focuses on family law matters, including divorce, parentage, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and post-decree disputes. She represents clients through all stages of litigation. Victoria works closely with individuals and families who are grappling with emotionally complex legal matters. She approaches her duties with compassion, professionalism, and practical know-how.
Before joining Grund & Leavitt LLP, Victoria practiced at Panos & Associates, LLC where she managed family law caseloads, appeared regularly in court in Cook, Page, and DuPage counties, and assisted with trial preparation and contested proceedings. While still at law school, Victoria also gained courtroom experience through her work with the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services’ Domestic Violence Division under her 711 license.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as Council Chair for ADR Programs on the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honor Board. She competed successfully in several national mediation and negotiation competitions, including earning second place at the William & Mary International Negotiation Competition in Williamsburg, Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Dayton.
Victoria is admitted to practice law in Illinois, and she is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and the Chicago Bar Association.
