David C. Adams

Mr. Adams is a Partner with Grund & Leavitt. He received a joint Law Degree and Master of Business Administration (J.D./M.B.A.) from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
Thereafter, Mr. Adams was a judicial law clerk for the late Justice John P. Tully of the Illinois Appellate Court, First Judicial District. In 1997, Mr. Adams joined Grund & Leavitt, practicing appellate law with an emphasis in complex civil litigation and matrimonial matters. In that capacity Mr. Adams has handled over 100 appeals for the firm. Mr. Adams has also been an adjunct professor teaching Advanced Pleadings and Motion Practice in Family Law at the IIT/Chicago–Kent College of Law in its LLM program. Additionally, Mr. Adams has been a special guest lecturer on family dispute ethics, and a speaker at continuing legal education seminars.
