Marni Held joined Grund Law Firm in January 2026, bringing with her a strong foundation in family law and a deep commitment to client-centered advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, Marni practiced at Nottage and Ward, LLP, a premier family law firm in Chicago known for its collaborative approach and sophisticated legal strategy.

Marni focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters. She understands that divorce and custody disputes are among the most personal and emotionally challenging experiences a person can face. Her approach is grounded in compassion, diligence, and clear communication. Marni works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed, involved, and supported throughout the legal process.

A passionate advocate for children and families, Marni is particularly attentive to issues involving parental responsibilities and parenting time. Drawing on her background working as a nanny and preschool teacher during college, she maintains a strong commitment to ensuring that matters involving children are handled thoughtfully and in their best interests.
