Robert S. Kipnis

Mr. Kipnis is a Partner with Grund & Leavitt. He received his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in 1990.

He has practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation during his career litigating divorce, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense and class action lawsuits. Since joining David Grund in 1995, Mr. Kipnis has concentrated his practice in the field of family and matrimonial law. In addition to litigating family law issues such as child custody, visitation, valuation and disposition of marital and non-marital assets, Mr. Kipnis successfully litigated the first jury trial held in the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County since 1977.
