The Illinois Practice of Family Law, authored by Grund & Leavitt’s own Jody Meyer Yazici, David Grund, and Marvin Leavitt, has been published, and is now accessible on Westlaw.

The Illinois Practice of Family Law, now in its Fifteenth Edition, is a comprehensive research resource. This two-volume set includes a Practice Volume (Vol. 12) and a Forms Volume (Vol. 13).

The practice volume contains the full text of Illinois and federal family law, as modified by January 1, 2016 amendments to the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act and the 2015 Parentage Act, including procedural law from the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure and Supreme Court Rules, and discusses federal and state tax ramifications of family law transactions.
