Melissa Noland is an Associate with Grund & Leavitt. Ms. Noland has been practicing with the firm since her admission to the Illinois Bar in May of 2021.
Ms. Noland received her Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School in 2020 where she made the Dean’s list, was the staff editor of the Journal of Information Technology and Privacy Law, and was a member of the Moot Court Illinois Appellate Team.
In 2012, Ms. Noland graduated from the University of Colorado, in Boulder, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Arts in History degree, and earned a Chancellor’s Leadership Academic Studies Certificate.
Ms. Noland practices primarily in family and matrimonial law. She represents clients in a variety of complex domestic relations issues to include prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, paternity, custody, visitation, spousal and child support. Ms. Noland has a passion for the practice and understands the importance of tailoring her practice to each individual family and providing her clients with a creative solution for their individual needs.
